Incentives

Dice Alliance is currently working with school systems by providing an after hours gaming program. To help incentivize students, we provide gaming related items including, but not limited to, dice sets, board games, and books for students who meet grade and testing goals.

Services

We are providing the following Services to the community:

• After school gaming programs designed to help inspire critical thinking and social skills through the avenue of gaming.

Dice Alliance Goals

Incentive Goals

Dice Alliance wants to continue to provide incentives to students who manage to raise or maintain good grades. We want to do more and with your help, we can! We would like to implement the following Incentive standards:

Community Ally: Recognize and provide incentives to students who go above and beyond for their school and communities. We want to recognize not only good grades, but students who show empathy and compassion toward their fellow students and their community as a whole.

Scholarship Awards: Recognize young gamers who have reached the goal of graduation! Providing monetary support for students who graduate to incentivize continuing education via collage or a trade program.

Services

We aim to provide the following additional Services to the community:

• After school gaming programs: Continue the current after school gaming program, but expand to other school systems.

• Provide / Partner with an after hours daycare service: Provide families who work late with an option for daycare service and to provide youth a healthy environment to grow and build friendship through a structured curriculum of gaming.

• Stand alone facility: A location outside of a school system where youth and families from our local communities can come together.

• Team building through gaming for local businesses and corporations: A Service designed for employers to inspire critical thinking, team building and cooperation through different fields of expertise using board games and table top RPG’s.

• Provide all of our Incentives, Services, and Programs to communities all over the world, so no matter where you are, there is always an Ally close at hand.

Program Goals

Dice Alliance strives to expand and put the following Programs into place:

• Continuation of after school Dungeons and Dragons Program.

• Skill building Programs: Dice Alliance would like to work along side local business leaders, artisans, professionals, journeyman, and enthusiasts to provide an outlet for them to work with youth and community, to pass along helpful skill sets. To keep inline with the theme of gaming we aim to base the titles of the programs on prominent gaming architypes. This is still very much a work in progress but a few examples would be as follows:

• Bard Program:

  • Give the local thespians the opportunity to pass on skills or knowledge to individuals or families.

  • Work with local musicians to provide free lessons to under privileged youth.

  • Emphasize and introduce the youth to local art communities.

• Barbarian Program:

  • Focus on physical health and strength training.

  • Emphasize and introduce the youth to outdoor activates, such as camping and outdoor cooking.

  • Work with local instructors to provide free martial arts classes to under privileged youth.
